Client: Atlas Obscura
The Challenge: Translating Brand into Behaviour. Atlas Obscura is a global brand built on curiosity and wonder, existing primarily as a flat web-editorial platform. They partnered with us to translate their "Cabinet of Curiosities" into an interactive Virtual Reality anthology.
**The Problem:** The medium was in its infancy. There were no established UX patterns for non-linear documentary storytelling in 360-degree space. We had to invent the grammar of the medium while preserving the brand's distinct voice.
